Most newer iPhones and Android phones can read NFC. On some Android phones NFC has to be turned on in settings. For any phone that can’t tap, every product also has a QR code they can scan with the camera.

No. You can pick a ready-made Facebook, Instagram or Google review design. If you want your own logo and colors, choose Custom. A design fee applies for custom designs.

Any link: your social media page, Google review page, menu, booking form, promo page, Wi-Fi page or GCash QR page. No website for your menu? Send us photos and we’ll host them on a clean menu page.

Yes. Message us and we’ll point your card to the new link. The same card keeps working, so there’s nothing to reprint.

No. Placing an order is free. We text you within 24 hours to confirm the details, then send the final total and payment options (GCash, bank transfer and more).

Yes. Right after you order, we email a receipt with your order number to the email address you entered. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Go to Track order and enter your order number (like T2G-1001) and the email you used. You’ll see the latest status.

We deliver your order to the address you enter at checkout. We confirm the delivery fee and timing with you by text before you pay.

We count taps and scans for every card, so we can tell you how often customers use it.
